DJ Foster I make people dance.

Primarily, payment to DJ Foster will be made at any time prior to his performance, in US Dollars, either in cash or by way of a check payable to cash. DJ Foster is not responsible for effects of lighting, lasers, fog, music, or any other aspect of the services which he provides, on the guests present or the surrounding environment. More over, the administrations of these effects and services are at his discretion. Also, unless the client specifies otherwise, the client gives dj Foster the right to chose, play, and remix any music he is inclined to, so long as that music is edited properly and/or is “radio-friendly;” based on the standard set by the Federal Communications Commission Media Bureau (F.C.C.M.B), not DJ Foster. If there is any song or songs that the client does not wish to have DJ Foster play, or if I have any other specifications/wishes regarding his performance, including but not limited to, the use of fog machine, strobe light, lasers or other lighting effects, volume of music, music choice, power consumption, etc., the client will have written them, by hand, on the legally binding payment/waiver document that DJ Foster will have the client sign before his performance. As well as doing this, the client will inform DJ Foster of his or her wishes in due time (within two weeks of performance) for DJ Foster to accommodate those wishes. The client will understand that unless the said specifications or wishes are hand written on DJ Foster’s waiver document, they have no official, legal standing, and that specifications reguarding DJ Foster's music choice must be made clear to him no later than two weeks before the choosen performance. If any damage is done to the equipment that DJ Foster is using at any givin function by DJ Foster's client or his client's guests; that equipment will be paid for by the client, and the client will pay the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price. Any circumstances beyond the control of the client or the said guests will be taken into account. The client will understand that DJ Foster’s solitary purpose is to provide his clients with enjoyable entertainment for whatever functions he is hired, and that he has agreed, by signing the aforementioned waiver document, that he will do so to the best of his ability. The client will understand that if, for any reason, the function for which DJ Foster is hired is interrupted, unless he is at fault for the interruption; he will be paid, in full, in advance. The client will understand that DJ Foster will accommodate, to the best of his ability, any and all song requests of client or anyone else, assuming that these requests do not counteract any of the prior requests, guidelines, or restriction made regarding his services. On the contrary, the client will understand that all decisions made by DJ Foster, regarding any of his services, will be made at his discretion - in order to ensure a safe, enjoyable, manageable environment. The client will understand that he or she- the signer of the waiver document, is the person whom with DJ Foster will address any problem, should any arise, as well as the said signer of the waiver document is the person who will approach dj Foster should, the client, or anyone else have a problem regarding any of his actions. Finally, any client who wishes to hire DJ Foster must agree to all of the said Terms & Policies by way of signing the said waiver document, which must be signed prior to his performance and more importantly, prior to his payment.
